May 31 2004 I was in a small

motorcycle accident. I was

driving down the road and a car

on my left didn't stop at the sign.

(Remember in Japan things are opposite the US. Yield is to the

person on your left, not right.)

I slid my bike, which was only

3 weeks old, about 50 feet.

Luckily I wasn't seriously injured.

I went to the doctor for my shoulder

but everything was minor. I was very

very lucky.
